  • Once the repair is complete, your device will be securely packaged and shipped back to you promptly.

  • You will receive tracking information for both shipments (device sent to us and device returned).

Warranty on Repairs

  • We provide a 3-month warranty on all parts and repairs, covering manufacturing defects or faulty parts.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water damage, or physical abuse.

  • To claim warranty service, please contact us at axobuy@gmail.com with your repair order number and a description of the issue.

Shipping and Handling

  • Customers are responsible for sending their devices to our repair center securely.

  • Axobuy covers the cost of return shipping after the repair is completed.
