Contact Us: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at axobuy@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, we will send you a return authorization along with detailed instructions for the return.

Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Please clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.

Shipping the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return authorization.

Refund or Exchange:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1 to 15 business days. Exchanges will be shipped promptly once approved.

Return Shipping Costs:
